Deadline for abstract submission is November30th, 2009!

Only online submission of abstracts is accepted.

All late-breaking abstracts will be presented either as posters or oral posters.

The abstracts accepted will be published in INFLAMMATION RESEARCH.

Provisions are made for the conference participants to be credited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACME) for 40 hours of category I of the Physicians Recognition Award of the American Medical Association.

Please note that the deadline for pre-registration is March 1st, 2010 . Registrations received after that date will be processed onsite only (subject to availability).

Hotel Accommodation

As during the week of the conference there is a heavy demand for accommodation in Munich, early reservation is strongly recommended . Please make your booking together with your online registration . The hotel rooms will be allocated on a ‘first come – first serve’ basis.

Congress Registration

1. Please make sure that your online registration form is fully completed with all details as requested. All fees must be paid in EURO by credit card. The cards (Mastercard and VISA) will be charged during the online registration process by EUROKONGRESS using a secure server.

2. You will receive an automatic confirmation of submission by email after you have submitted your online registration. An individual confirmation email with further information will follow. Any alterations or cancellations must always be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS GmbH (TSIS2010(at)eurokongress.de).

3. A cancellation fee of EUR 50 will be charged for cancellations received by 31st December 2009. Thereafter no refunds can be granted and 100% of the participation fee will be charged. Replacements are possible at any time.

4. Please note that the deadline for pre-registrations is 1st March 2010. After that date registrations can only be made onsite at the registration desk (subject to availability).

Hotel Reservations

1. The closing date for hotel reservations is 20th February 2010. However, of course we will try to arrange hotel accommodation for you after this date.

2. In order to secure rooms at the advantageous prices it is essential that reservations are made via the online registration form (EUROKONGRESS GmbH).

3. The hotel rooms have to be prepaid in full in EURO by credit card. The cards (Mastercard and VISA) will be charged during the online registration process by EUROKONGRESS GmbH using a secure server.

4. Any changes or cancellations to the reservation must always be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS GmbH (TSIS2010(at)eurokongress.de).

5. Cancellation Deadlines
For cancellations received before 1st December 2009 the full payment will be reimbursed less an administration fee of EUR 50.

6. Between 1st December 2009 and 15th January 2010 one night’s accommodation will be charged. From 16th January onwards no refunds can be made for cancellations of the total booking or single nights.

Liability

Neither the Organiser nor EUROKONGRESS GmbH or any other companies or organisations involved in the event can be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, damage to private property or additional expenses incurred to a result of changes of dates, venue, programme or else.
